Our Mission
Our mission, as an organization, has graduated from simple advocacy & aid of child trafficking survivors to inviting and empowering the youth across America.
It has been our experiences from recent years that has shaped and redirected our focus away from adult community leaders, proven to have little time to listen, adopt and/or implement protections for our children.
Trafficking awareness, spoken out loud, is the most direct undiluted expression of truth & will truly protect the most vulnerable among us, a child. Children prove to be better equipped and more ambitious with less excuses to save their own peers than anyone else.

In order to dispel myths surrounding trafficking and understand the truths, so many want to ignore or hide from, we must speak to perspectives unshared in daily circles. We aim to empower young adults, our youth targeted in all communities, and educate peer support professionals to recognize the signs of "the life" or "trafficking" and prevent the next child in your community from being sold for sex. Remember, by engaging in conversation with the next generation(s), RIGHT NOW, we can help create a world where children can remain safe and protected from being exploited for sex.
At The Life Inside (TLI), we have a passion for reaching and teaching children from all walks of life, whether it's a small group or a large audience. We have experience presenting to middle school, high school, and college students, and we believe that everyone has the power to make a difference in the fight against domestic child trafficking.
Through our speaking engagements, we've traveled to many western states to highlight the tough topics of suicide and trafficking awareness/prevention. We're proud to say that we're making waves, building on the ripples we started five years ago in the speaking community across the western US.
